my stay was very comfortable - the staff at all times were very polite and co-operative - the room was clean - and the bed comfortable - only one suggestions we were in room B138 on the ground floor - i would have felt more secure if the sliding doors had security screens -lockable- the doors in our rooms only had the basis lock - no chain locks on the main entry door to our room and no security doors on the sliding door leading to the walkway - the walk way was a main access for other rooms on the ground floor to the main reception area - other than this one issue the overall rating is a 5 - we are looking to returning to cairns in 2013 and i will be booking to stay in the Queens Court and if possible the same room - loved the lounge and BBq area - had a few wines and pleasant conversations with other quests who had the same idea in the afternoon Read more 2012-10-29 - hotels.com
